353HT HIGH PRODUCTION automatic cutting line has been planned and studied to solve any possible production cutting matters and have as little waste as possible on linear guides, trapezoidal linear guides, recirculating-balls screws, racks, hardened and chromed bars and shafts, stainless steel profiles and so on.
The guide feed in the cutting area is made up through a pusher that, by means of a laser and of an external centering cone, automatically manages the different lengths and the cuts quantity. It takes really a little time to position the cut granting, by this way, the utmost accuracy between the hole center and the end of the cut. The cut has got no burrs and burns keeping a perfect squareness.
